チケットを紛失した場合は、できるだけ早く 02-8772-9835 または tixcraft@tixcraft.com までご連絡ください。当日20時までに警察の遺失物届、購入証明、本人確認書類を持参の上、会場内のTixcraftカウンターにて誓約書を記入してください。開演後に該当座席が使用されていないことが確認できた場合に限り、入場が許可されます。ただし、正規チケット所持者が現れた場合はその方が優先となり、再入場には新たにチケットを購入いただく必要があります（残席に限る）。トラブル発生時には、警察への通報に至る可能性があります。

If any form of unauthorized recording or streaming is detected, staff may delete the content. Those who violate these rules may be asked to leave the venue and denied re-entry.

遺失票券處理辦法:
搖滾區：
因無指定席位，且票券屬無記名有價證券，故票券遺失者可拒絕入場。
座位區：
遺失票券者，請盡早進線02-8772-9835或E-MAIL至tixcraft@tixcraft.com至拓元票務申告，遺失票券者需在演出當日下午8點前，持警局報案單、購票證明與身份證明文件前往場館拓元票務櫃臺簽立切結書，待開演後清查該座位無人進場，可讓申報遺失票券的消費者入場觀賞，但倘若持票人出現，應以持票人優先，遺失票券的觀眾需另行購票入場(剩餘票券，依現場實際狀況為準)，否則將觸及刑法第339條的詐欺不正取財之公訴罪。若雙方僵持不下，將會請出場外報警處理。

• VIP Check-In will start at 5PM. VIP Soundcheck will start at 6:15 PM.
• To prevent delay of the event, we ask that you complete the VIP Check-In and receive your exclusive VIP items by 6PM to ensure on-time entry. Late arrivals will not be guaranteed access. Doors to the public open at 7PM.
• Check-in is located at 800 W Olympic Blvd a335, Los Angeles, CA 90015
Upon arrival, please present a valid form of ID, confirmation of email, and order purchase receipt to receive a VIP gift.

Merch sales for the Los Angeles show will begin at the same time as the doors open.
